Good morning all,
I decided to do a little check in. I’m not much for engagement or socializing overall, but I recognize its necessity, So here’s a little update on just what in the hell is going on with this page:
When the Cosmos Comes is a 91k word novel I have written over the past year. Its conceit is simple: several characters over several stories come together to combat… something. The catch? I actually have almost double that in content. Between stories meant to build the world and characters and planned sequels, I have more than enough content to keep posting for quite some time.
However, a writer has got to write and my brain can be… finicky. Currently I’m brewing and stewing over a fantasy novel concept inspired by Moneyball, Game of Zones, and the new rpg lit trend emerging (have you read Dungeon Crawler Carl? Gotdam what a ride).
That being said, should you see the Cosmos through, you should be aware its story is not done. Not by a long shot. I have four broad storylines I intend on weaving further into the world, and that does not even include the end-goal. Which, I assure you, is pretty well developed.
Beyond that, I do intend on waxing philosophical about language and how it works. However, much of that is very difficult to write and sometimes I don’t even have the energy to pen my thoughts.
My posting schedule is as follows- M-F for the near future. I want to give myself the weekends to extract myself from the newfound grind of stirring up views and whatnot.
So until next time all.
